CONTINUOUS VAPOR INJECTOR (CVI)

This very silent steam injector complies with modern noise standards, None or very low cavitation means that the product is treated gently yet heated almost instantly. It is simple to disassemble and put together consisting of only 4 parts. Internally there are only 4 O-rings, the only wear parts to be changed once every 12 months. May be custom designed for low- or high-pressure steam applications in capacities from 1000 l/h to 120.000 l/h.
CONTINUOUS ABSORPTION HEATER (CAH)
Usually known as Infusion, the aim of the solution is within the area of direct heating by introducing a product into a saturated vapor atmosphere at a pressure close to the condensation point of the wanted final temperature.
The solution is aimed low and high temperature range, where it is applicable for solutions that both saves energy in the form of direct regeneration as well, as providing leaps in the heating process which makes growth of bacteria less likely.
Our patented product (CAH) is designed to support savings on energy/environment, allow for longer runtimes with safer product and longer in between cleanings which provides savings on water, energy, and chemicals by itself.
CONTINUOUS STREAM LINER (CSL)
The patented CSL design is intended to be used in process lines where due to the presence of Homogenizers, High pressure pumps or other pulsating equipment, the product flow is affected by these oscillations.
The general idea is to buffer the flow variation by absorbing the dynamic energy in an elastic body (f. ex compression of air) with capacity to convert the static energy by compression or stretching. Once the flow demand is altered the body can reciprocally reverse the static energy to dynamic energy when flow rate goes down, and demand exceeds supply and thereby even out the flow in the pipe after or before the source of the pulsating flow.
The prospect of direct inspection without using flush media is a clear advantage when it comes to saving on cost of installation and elimination wasteful flush media.
CONTINUOUS AIR EXTRACTOR (CAE)
Our patent pending CAE design is an innovative Venturi based deaeration system. The deaerator chamber is provided with a patented high velocity annular nozzle that achieve the Bernoulli Venturi effect when release the product into the chamber.
The basics of the Deaerator are similar, to general principles, low pressure to drive gases out of the product, and a slight flash along with a distribution of the product to provide time and access to the low pressure.
The differences are pronounced as the introduction of the product into the atmosphere is a deliberately accelerated process, followed by an equally defined process to ensure that the product is polished after the initial main deaeration.
The design of the CAE and its nozzle is adjustable to ensure that the nozzle can be optimized to all products, and capacities as the right velocity is imperative to reach the ultimate results with difficult products.
