About us
We are an interdisciplinary team functioning as a consulting engineering firm within the food and processing industry. We provide advice, design, and execute integral process solutions. Our consulting model ensures that the customer is supported throughout the entire project lifecycle (Pre-Engineering, Detail Engineering, and Execution including testing and commissioning). Our goal is to design processes with an emphasis on efficiency, hygiene, and environmental care. We possess extensive knowledge in various areas of the food industry, with particular expertise in green proteins, thermal and wet processes, and CIP (Cleaning in Place) systems.
COMPONENTS
We know that a good process requires the right components, and therefore we have, in a cooperation with H. Kjærbye Invent developed our own components with a wide range of applications.
Based in our experience in the food and process industry, and attending to the needs we have identified when executing projects, our patented components have as key design parameters the efficacy and efficiency. Robust, but refined and accurate designs that can reach different tasks, products, and capacities, with innovative principles that have been extensively assessed and verified.
Hygienic design, extended service intervals, saving energy and cost of installation, and full cleanability are crucial focus areas for us when designing a component.
FROM IDEA TO IMPLEMENTATION
We have an experienced team where each member is responsible for one specific area within the project, but at the same time, they function as a well-oiled unit in the execution of the project itself. Mechanical and process engineers, designers, and documentation managers complete the team we have assembled to ensure that we can handle all phases and tasks during project execution.
